After being clubbed by King in the season opener, the Greens Farms Academy baseball team was looking for some payback. It got just that thanks to 12 hits and some solid relief pitching.
Henry Van Zant led the GFA offense with two hits, four stolen bases, two runs and two RBIs. Ethan Friedson rapped three hits and scored twice. Thatcher Gleason picked up his third win of the season, while Yang Wan and Jeremy Platt held the Vikings off in relief.
With the win, GFA climbs back over .500 at 5-4. The team is 4-3 in Fairchester Athletic Association play.
