Guy Thoesen of Integrated Sports Training works with James Vollmer, 6, at the Norwalk baseball training facility. Vollmer and many other Little League players are working indoors to prepare for the upcoming season. Thoesen, who played in the Philadelphia Phillies organization, has taught baseball skills for 20 years.
