Five weeks are in the books in Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference football action, with five left to go. As the playoff race intensifies, former Stamford High School head football coach Kevin Jones and host Eric Gendron look back on the story lines that have emerged in the first half of the season.
Jones and Gendron discuss which team has been the biggest surprise and which has been the biggest bust. Jones also picks his first-half Most Valuable Player.
With the conference championship race whittled down to just a handful of teams, the next few weeks are critical. Catch Jones and Gendron as they discuss Main Street Connect's "Game of the Week," Wilton at Darien, Saturday at 2 p.m.
The show also pays tribute to Trumbull High School great and FCIAC Hall of Famer Jerry McDougall, who passed away last week.
