Prospective students will be able to meet with NCC President David L. Levinson and college staff members who will personally assist them with the registration process and discuss class schedules, course selection, financial aid, testing and other topics.

Refreshments will be served, and free giveaways will be provided to the first 50 students who enter.

“At the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities system, we are making it easy and quick for students to enroll in spring classes,” said Michael Kozlowski, director of public relations and marketing at CSCU. “On Jan. 9, we are making community college staff available to prospective students to help get them started on the path to a college degree at the state’s community colleges, Connecticut’s best value in higher education.”

NCC is one of 12 community colleges in the Connecticut State College and Universities system to host a “Super Saturday Registration” event.

Spring semester classes start on Thursday, Jan. 21.

New students who have not earned college credit in English or math are required to take a basic skills placement test prior to registering.
