The Women's Council of Realtors, Connecticut State Chapter, will present "A Guide to Construction Costs" at its next business resource meeting on Oct. 19. The Guide was prepared by J. Tallman Builders of Fairfield. It is a free resource designed to answer questions regarding the economics of renovating homes prior to putting them on the market. The Guide covers 10 subjects, including kitchen, master bath, finished basement, patio, roofing, flooring, painting, windows and doors, decks and barns and garages. More topics will be added in the future.
