GREENWICH, Conn. — Soon-to-be retired television icon and town resident Regis Philbin is putting one of his two Greenwich homes up for sale for $3.8 million.

Philbin and his wife Joy have relisted their home on Meeting House Road for $3.8 million with Sotheby’s International Realty. The couple has owned the home for more than 20 years. The home was originally listed in 2008 for $5.9 million before the housing market dipped.

The French-Colonial house is on 6 acres and includes a pool, tennis court and gazebo on the grounds. The house boasts a library with wet bar, 6.5 bathrooms, four bedrooms and two family rooms.
