Real Estate Brokerages Offer Tour Of Bell Island Homes

NORWALK, Conn. -- Several local real estate brokers are hosting a public open house and sunset Tour of homes for sale in the Bell Island area of Rowayton Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Rowayton is a small coastal community with restaurants, sandwich and ice cream shops, local events and room for walking, bike riding, kayaking or boating.

The Bell Island waterfront community has access to two private sandy beaches -- South Beach and East Beach -- as well as four beautiful parks – Clark, Boye at East Beach, Rocky Point and the Gatehouse and is within walking distance to town. It is also near Bayley Beach, which has a large playground, tennis courts and a snack bar.
