Barbara Cleary's Realty Guild has released the February market report for New Canaan real estate sales. A total of 12 houses and two condos were sold during January. During the same month, 34 houses and 12 condos were put up for sale.
Realty Guild's report includes a synopsis of a presentation given to local realtors by Dr. Lawrence Yun, chief economist at the National Association of Realtors, at the Roger Sherman Inn in New Canaan on Jan. 31. Click here for the full report.
