Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y., has announced that KMS Partners was the companys Number One sales team in Fairfield County in 2010 for the third consecutive year. The team, affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westport-Riverside office, also earned the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Elite Team award for its sales achievements in 2010. This prestigious membership is awarded to the top six percent of all sales associate teams nationally in the Coldwell Banker system. The team includes partners Sheila Keenan, Karen Scott and Susan Seath and associates Martha Eidman, Mary Petro and Mary Ellen Gallagher.
