Doug Milne and Sheree Frank, partners in The Home Team at Kelly Associates in Darien, have a combined 55 years of real estate experience. From 2005 to 2010, Milne sold the most real estate in terms of volume in Darien, and Frank sold more houses than any other Darien agent. "We tell our clients that they have the most experienced Realtors in Connecticut working for them," says Milne.
Working as equal partners and backed by strong office support, Milne and Frank put their individual strengths to work for every client. Milne says Frank's ability to deal with the roller-coaster emotions clients experience when buying or selling is amazing. Frank points to Milne's creative financial abilities as the key to making complex real estate deals go through.
A testament to The Home Team's strength is that Frank and Milne have sold many Darien homes over and over again. Frank has sold 60 Middlesex Road three times, including to its current owners. They have just listed the home for sale again - with Sheree Frank, of course. Milne has sold 18 Arrowhead Way, once owned by Time magazine founder Henry Luce, at least three times.
Frank has helped Diane and John Straus buy and sell several homes. And now she's working with the next generation of Strauses, helping daughter Alexis and her husband find a home in Westport.
"What makes Sheree stand out is that she maintains a relationship with all her clients," says Diane. "She doesn't just drop them after she's sold them a home." Diane adds that she has many friends who have used Sheree Frank as their Realtor. "They all trust her because they know she's looking out for their best interests."
