Greenwich Construction LLC won three 2011 Home Building Industry Awards from the Home Builders Association of Connecticut Inc., says Margaret Dietz, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Dietz is the exclusive listing agent for 33 Club Road in Greenwich, which won for Spec Home of the Year and Best Spec Home over $6 Million.
Greenwich Construction LLC was also recognized for Outstanding Accessory Building for the garage at 97 Indian Head Road in Greenwich.
The HOBI Awards are the most prestigious awards presented in Connecticut for excellence in design and construction of homes by members of the HBA.
