Darien Sued Over Lost Water Views

The town of Darien is being sued by Scott and Rosemarie Reardon over a home addition by their neighbors, Jim and Janeen Eckert. Both couples live on Long Neck. The Reardons say Darien's planning and zoning department did not subject the Eckerts plans to proper review. At issue is the fact that the Reardons will lose part of their view of Long Island Sound.
