According to the report, Greenwich is the states most expensive market, with the average four-bedroom, two-bathroom home having a listing price of $1,154,293. A similar house in New Britain, the most affordable market in the state, is $165,310, a difference of nearly $1 million.
The average four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Connecticut was $451,012. The national average for a similar home is $293,251.
