They're going to have to get a bigger trophy shelf.
The folks at Stamford-based CB Richard Ellis topped the latest Lipsey ranking of worldwide commercial real estate brands for the ninth year in a row. "Every day in Westchester and Fairfield County...our people deliver," said Robert Caruso, who heads CBRE's operations there. The Lipsey Company surveys 50,000 U.S. and international property owners, investors, lenders and brokers to determine the rankings. CBRE has held the top slot since 2002. Its 50-person staff handles
brokerage, investment sales, consulting and property management.
