In minutes, agents can share the videos with clients through Marketing REsource, the company’s online marketing and distribution platform, which will allow them to share the video through numerous digital channels.
The app, produced by New York City-based Videolicious, is available at no cost to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and Westchester agents. According to Videolicous, the software’s custom integration with Marketing REsource is the first of its kind in real estate.
“Our Videolicious app leverages the two biggest trends in real estate marketing – mobile and video,” said Stephen Phillips, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. “This new tool will help agents create effective and powerful videos to help them grow their business in the digital age. In addition to compelling listing videos, our agents are creating neighborhood tour videos, personal profiles, customer testimonials and much more.”
Videolicious is the next in a roster of online tools available to the network through Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform (GNP). Beyond Marketing REsource, GNP tools include powerful lead generation, a social media platform, a personalized mobile app and other resources.
“Our agents and clients are thrilled with the Videolicious tool,” said Candace Adams, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and Westchester Properties. “Having the ability to quickly produce a listing video will add a new level of exposure for the clients, generating buzz and interest in new listings.”
