Jim Bremm recently collected more than 600 Halloween costumes for donation to foster children in Connecticut. Tim Sickinger and Kim Weintraub are sponsors of Darien-based OPUS for Person-to-Person. Each year, through Opus, thousands of people receive assistance ranging from food and clothing donations, to scholarship grants, to assistance living loans and more. Ms. Weintraub also sponsors the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) - Out of the Darkness Walk at Sherwood Island in Westport.
Jerry Vigorito is a co-founder of Band Together CT, which unites a network of talented musicians and artists with people and organizations interested in raising funds for families in need. Vigorito and Band Together have shared their talents, time and energy performing in more than 23 shows to support local agencies.
