The stolen car ended up on its side along Grist Mill Road after the crash at 3:45 a.m Wednesday, police told News 12.
Westport police made several attempts to stop the car, then Norwalk police tried but were also unable to stop it, News 12 said.
The injuries were not life threatening, but no further information was released, News 12 said.
Drivers were seeing delays in the area, Norwalk police said via Twitter. Grist Mill was open to all traffic by 8 a.m. and the scene had been cleared, police said. But westbound Grist Mill had been closed for hours after the accident, into the morning rush hour.
