Police: Eight Shots Fired at Norwalk Home

NORWALK, Conn. – Bullets ripped through a Norwalk home Wednesday night in a barrage of gunfire, Norwalk Police say. One of them went through two walls and was found in a child's bedroom. Another was lodged in a door frame.

A report of eight shots fired at 32 Glassner St. came in at 12:32 a.m. The occupant said her home had been shot at and four bullets hit the home, according to Sgt. James Boff. The glass panel in the storm door was shattered and the front picture window had two bullet holes. The bullet that had gone through the door was lodged in a stairwell. Boff did not know if a child had been in the bedroom where a bullet found.

Police found eight shells from a small-caliber gun in the street. Police took photos of the damage, but Boff was not aware of any suspects.
