Police: Death Of Norwalk Woman, 52, Ruled A Homicide

NORWALK, Conn. – The death of woman found deceased in her Norwalk apartment Friday afternoon has been ruled a homicide by the state medical examiner, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The exact cause of death for Marian Alexander, 52, of 10 Arch St., was not released, but police said she had not been stabbed or shot, the Advocate reported.

Police told the Advocate that the person or persons responsible were not a threat to others.

Her death appears to be the city's first homicide of the year.
