Juan David Rodriguez-Miranda was arrested Monday, Dec. 24, after Wilton Police responded to a call for that the BMW had hit a tree head-on, said the Wilton Police.
When officers arrived on the scene they found Miranda-Rodriguez smelled of alcohol and was arrested for DUI less than 21 years old, failure to drive right and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
He was released after posting $250 cash bond. Rodriguez-Miranda is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 3, 2019.
