The teenager was charged with 29 counts of breach of peace, one for each student on the list, The Hour said.
The arrest came after the Norwalk Police Department’s Special Victims Unit investigated a complaint from January about a letter that had threatened a number of students, reported The Hour.
Norwalk High suspended the student for 10 days and an expulsion hearing is planned, per school policy, The Hour noted.
