Norwalk Teen Charged In Attempted Carjacking At Bridgeport Gas Station

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Two teenagers were arrested after injuring a man while trying to carjack his vehicle at a gas station in downtown Bridgeport, the Connecticut Post said.

The incident occurred early Saturday at Park Avenue and State Street as the man pulled into the gas station, police told the Post.

One teen got into the passenger seat, and the other teen began punching the driver through the window as they tried to force the 46-year-old man from his car, the Post said.  

The driver was treated at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, the story said.

Duane Davis, 19, of Norwalk, and Raekwon McDonald, 18, of Bridgeport, were charged with conspiracy to commit carjacking, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, third-degree assault and threatening, the Post said.
