NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department recently welcomed Officer Tiffany Ortiz to its ranks.
Ortiz was sworn in Friday by Mayor Harry Rilling. She was previously employed by the New Haven Police Department, where she worked as a patrol officer.
