NORWALK, Conn. Drunken drivers will be targeted around Labor Day during a Norwalk Police special enforcement activity, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said.
Extra patrols to enforce driving under the influence laws will begin Thursday and continue through Sept. 5, Cotto said. The patrols, funded by a federal grant, will begin in the afternoon and continue to 3 a.m. all over the city, in no specific locations.
