Norwalk Police Officers Complete D.A.R.E. Instructor Training

NORWALK, Conn. -- Two Norwalk police officers are ready to teach kids the skills to resist drugs and violence.

Officer Andy Kovlakas and Officer T.J. Garbera both graduated from D.A.R.E. Instructor Training last week.

Officer Andy Kovlakas and Officer T.J. Garbera recently graduated from the D.A.R.E. Instructor Training Class. They will work as School Resource Officers during the upcoming school year. Norwalk has eight School Resource Officers, most of whom teach D.A.R.E.
