The department will be making calls to those who have recently been in contact with the Norwalk Police Department. The department is urging all those who receive these calls to take a few minutes to answer the short survey.

The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes and will offer a general opinion about the level of service provided. The responses are completely anonymous and those selected are completely random.

“We hope that residents, business owners and visitors take this opportunity to let us know their perceptions of the department and their treatment by Norwalk Police Officers," said Chief Thomas Kulhawik.
