Police told the Hour that 26-year-old Kristjan Duhanaj was arrested first at around 4 p.m. and charged with second-degree threatening, and again shortly after 5 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Duhanaj had also been arrested in late April and charged with trying to run over his girlfriend's father with his car, according to the Hour.

Police said that on Monday a resident called the police to report that they had heard Duhanaj talking on the phone with someone, arguing about clothing, and at one point he threatened to kill the person he was talking to, the Hour reported. After police heard a recording of the conversation they responded and arrested Duhanaj, according to the Hour.

About an hour later, police were back at the home after receiving a report that Duhanaj was back and still arguing about clothing, according to the Hour. He was cursing and demanding his clothing, and pushed the person toward a staircase, the Hour reported. He was arrested again and given a $5,000 bond, according to the Hour.
