A Norwalk police officer spotted Charles Cannon, 42, and called for backup, the Hour said. When the officer approached Cannon, the suspect waved his knife and ignored multiple requests to drop the knife. Officers said it took four hits with a Taser to bring him down, said The Hour.

After his arrest, Cannon told police he had homicidal thoughts and said he was under the influence of PCP, added The Hour.
