NORWALK, Conn. – A Norwalk man was arrested and charged early Friday morning for pushing his girlfriend and her mother down a flight of stairs at home on Fort Point Street, according to The Hour.
Elvin Giron, 38, had an argument with both women, following his girlfried as she went up the stairs to check on children. The argument reportedly escalated and resulted in him punching the girlfriend and her mother, The Hour said.
Giron was charged with one count of disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault and four counts of risk of injury to a minor based upon the proximity of children to the altercation, reported The Hour.
Giron was caught by police trying to leave the apartment. He will next appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Monday.
