Officers from the Milford Police Department took custody of Norwalk resident Antonio DeMarco, 34, who had an active warrant out for his arrest.
According to police, DeMarco allegedly continually contacted a woman who had a full no-contact protective order against him. He did so several times beginning late last year, lasting through February this year until his arrest.
DeMarco was arrested and charged with violating a protective order. Following his arraignment, he was released and is scheduled to appear in court this week to respond to the charge.
