Norwalk Detectives Ask Public's Help Finding Burglary Suspect

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk detectives are asking for the public's assistance in locating a burglary suspect, according to police.

Edwin Sanchez, 30, is wanted by the Norwalk Police Department, which holds an active warrant for burglary and larceny, police said.

He is also wanted for allegedly escaping from a halfway house in the Waterbury area, according to police.

In addition, Norwalk police have developed Sanchez as a person of interest in numerous car burglaries in Norwalk, they said.

Police seek the public’s help in locating Sanchez, and all information will be kept confidential.
