Konstantinos Avramidis, 45, of Stratford, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 4 after he turned himself into Fairfield Police on outstanding warrants for two counts of sexual assault, two counts of public indecency, two counts of harassment, and breach of peace, said Fairfield Police Lt. Robert Kalamaras.
Avramidis was the subject of an ongoing investigation after he allegedly made unwanted sexual contact with a 16-year-old teen he worked with at a local deli, Kalamaras said.
The assault was uncovered when the teen told her mother, who then contacted police.
In addition to allegedly showing the teen his genitals while at work and grabbing her while in a walk-in, he also is said to have sent unwanted sexual photographs of himself via text messaging, police said.
Avramidis was held on $60,000 bond.
