Driver Flees After Truck Hits Pedestrian, Storefront In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. — A pickup truck reportedly hit a pedestrian and the front of a liquor store in Norwalk late Friday before fleeing the scene, according to the Hour.

The accident was reported at 50 Woodward Ave. at about 8:30 p.m. Friday, according to a witness.

The victim was transported to Norwalk Hospital with serious injuries, the Hour said. 

The driver of the pickup truck fled, and Norwalk Police were searching for the suspect late Friday.
