Police told the Hour that Manuel Jurado-Crisostomo turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. The arrest stems from a report in 2010 when a family reported that Jurado-Crisostomo had inappropriately touched one of their children, the Hour reported.
Jurado-Crisostomo was a friend of the family who had been left alone with two the family's children when he began to touch the older of the children, according to the Hour. He was held on a $50,000 bond and will appear in court on Aug. 14, according to the Hour.
