NORWALK, Conn. -- Ramona Stevens Toland, of Norwalk, died Jan. 4. She was 86.
She was born July 12, 1929 in Cleveland, daughter of Earl Stevens and Zoda Williams Stevens.
She was employed with the State of Connecticut until her retirement.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 8, at 1 p.m. at Grace Baptist Church, 17 West Ave., Norwalk, with Rev. Lindsay E. Curtis officiating. Services are entrusted to the Downer Funeral Home in Stamford.
