NORWALK, Conn. – Peter Padula, 81, of Norwalk, died on Monday, Jan. 19, at his home.
Born on Oct. 17, 1933, in Norwalk, he was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Izzo Padula.
He worked for many years at the Woodway Country Club and was an avid golfer and fisherman.
Padula is survived by his sisters, Rose Barbero of Bellingham, N.Y., Mary Smith and her husband, Charles of Norwalk and Palma Novello and her husband, Richard of Amherst, N.Y.; and his brother, Andrew Padula and his wife, Katherine of Westport.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, Jan. 23, at 10 a.m. at St. Philip Church, 1 Father Conlon Place, Norwalk. Burial will follow in the Assumption Cemetery, Kings Highway North, Westport.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Padula may be made to St. Philip Church.
