Mary Margaret Kent, 77, Of Norwalk, Served As A Wave During The Korean War

NORWALK. Conn. - Mary Margaret Kent of Norwalk died Tuesday, April 22. She was 77.

Kent was born Dec. 15, 1936, and was the daughter of John Hiram and Marguerite Agnes Mosher Duell. She served as a WAVE during the Korean War.

Kent is survived by her daughters, Marcie Santorelli (John) of New Milford and Dona Kent of Norwalk; four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; brother, Willis R. Duell (Sandy); and sister, Muriel Pekarski (John) all of Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by her husband, Lee Clinton Kent.

Calling hours are Friday, April 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A graveside service with military honors will be held Tuesday, April 29 at 11 a.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Riverside Ave., Norwalk.
