Giglio was born March 23, 1934, in Lauro, Italy, to Lugo Vivenzio and Antonietta Schiavone, working at Bradlees Department store for more than 30 years.
She was predeceased by her parents and sister Elizabeta Vivenzio of Italy.
Giglio is survived by her husband Onofrio; son Anthony and his wife Marcie; daughter Anna Buono and her husband Francesco; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother Sabastiano Vivenzio of Italy; and sister Lucia Cianciullo.
Visiting hours are from 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk.
A Mass of Christian burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave., Norwalk.
Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery in Norwalk.
