NORWALK, Conn. - Francia Elena Rodriguez of Norwalk died Monday, Sept. 30. She was 72.
Rodriguez was born July 16, 1941, in Cali, Colombia, to Gabriel A. Reina and Carmen A. Jaramillo. She was a school teacher in Colombia, and then traveled to the United States to be with her husband and children. She was a homemaker.
Rodriguez is survived by her mother, Carmen; sons, Carlos Jose Mosquera, Fernando Mosquera, and Armando Rodriguez; daughters, Mariana Mosquera, Francia Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez; 12 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her father, Gabriel; husband, Armando Rodriguez; and daughter, Irene C. Rodriguez.
Calling hours are from 8:30 a.m. until time of service at 9 a.m. Funeral Services and Mass will take place Saturday, Oct. 5 at St. Joseph’s Church, 85 South Main St., South Norwalk.
