NORWALK, Conn. Elaine DiPrisco Sirois, a former Norwalk, Westport and Wilton resident, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 19, in Murrell's Inlet, S.C. She was 58.
Sirois was born in Winchester, Va., to the late Eleanor Tremonte DiPrisco and John Robert DiPrisco. She grew up in Westport and spent most of her teenage and young adult years in Norwalk.
She graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1972. She worked as a manager for Bill Baker, owner of Baker Companies, a real estate development company. Sirois and her family also lived in Wilton for many years before moving to Murrell's Inlet in 2010.
Sirois was married to James T. Sirois, who predeceased her in 2010. She is survived by a stepson, Jay Sirois, of Chicago; a son, Alexandre Evan Sirois, of Murrell's Inlet; a sister, Janet DiPrisco, of Weston; and a brother, Robert DiPrisco, of Norwalk.
Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Magner Funeral Home in Norwalk.
