Dennis Edward Donohue, 75, Of Rowayton

ROWAYTON, Conn. - Dennis Edward Donohue, a resident of Rowayton, died Sunday, May 26. He was 75.

Donohue was born Sept. 4, 1937, in Grove City, Pa., son of William and Helene (Davis) Donohue. He was employed in the field of human resources and over the years held positions at KrautKramer-Branson, Holson, Peabody Engineering, Champion Energy and the US Bureau of the Census. In his later years he was an employee of STAR, a not-for-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. He was in the US Army's Special Forces.

Donohue is survived by his wife, Sally Sylvester Donohue; daughter, Heather Donohue-Greene (Laurence); a grandson; and brother, Bruce Donohue of Westport.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29 at The First Congregational Church of Darien 14 Brookside Road, Darien.
