NORWALK, Conn. Constance Tober of Surfside Beach, S.C., formerly of Rowayton, died Aug. 27 in South Carolina. She was 68.
Born in New York City, Tober was the daughter of Benjamin and Ann Nabholz Mangels. She was married to Ronald Tober for 46 years. She enjoyed vacationing in Aruba and spending time with her husband, family and many friends.
Tober is survived by her husband, Ronald; her mother-in-law, Jean Tober; a brother-in-law, Robert (Betty) Tober; and two nieces.
Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m., Sept. 4, at Magner Funeral Home in Norwalk. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., Sept. 5, at St. Matthew Church in Norwalk. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Norwalk.
