FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Could you be Fairfield County's next millionaire? The jackpot for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing has reached about $360 million.
The jackpot is the third-largest in Powerball history. The largest Powerball in history was a $587.5 million jackpot in November, which was split between Matthew Good of Arizona and Cindy and Mark Hill of Michigan.
Pedro Quezada was the last winner to claim the Powerball jackpot when he won in March. The former bodega owner took home $338 million.
The odds of winning the Powerball grand prize are 1 in 175,223,510. Powerball can be played in 43 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The drawing will take place at 10:59 p.m. You have until 9 p.m. to purchase a ticket. Each ticket is $2.
