UPDATE: 2:40 p.m. A tweet from the Boston Police at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday said no arrests have been made, despite earlier reports.

BOSTON - According to reports from CNN, the FBI has identified and made an arrest in the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday.
The Associated Press also is reporting that an unidentified suspect was in custody.
The reports say law enforcement identified a possible suspect after watching videos of the event. In the videos, law enforcement noticed a man placing a duffle bag with the pressure cooker bomb in the areas of the explosion.
