Surge Of Cold Air Brings Early Blast Of Winter To Norwalk

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. – Fairfield County will see a 20- to 30-degree drop in temperatures Wednesday night as a cold front moves into the area, according to the National Weather Service.

There will be widespread fog and chance of rain or drizzle before noon Wednesday. The rest of the day will be mostly cloudy with a high between 60 and 62 degrees. 

Temperatures are then expected to drop to the mid-30s by Wednesday evening, with cold temps sticking around for the next few days.

Thursday's high will be only in the mid-40s.
