Streets Closed Along Parade Route

The police will be closing local roads this morning to accommodate the Memorial Day parade. Both Van Zant Street and East Avenue, south of Route 1, will close at 10 a.m. Exit 16 on Route 95, both northbound and southbound, will also be closed, though all other exits will remain open. The parade will start at Veteran’s Park and proceed to the Norwalk Green. Streets should reopen around 12:30.
