State To Repave Merritt Parkway Ramp At Exit 41 In Westport On Friday Night

WESTPORT, Conn. -- Drivers on the Merritt Parkway in Westport may need to make a detour Friday night: The Connecticut Department of Transportation will close the ramp at Exit 41 on the road's northbound side at 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.

The paving will take place overnight. Both the on and off ramps for Exit 41 will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26.

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 northbound and at the on and off ramps at Exit 41 in Westport while the work is done. A detour will be in place while work is being performed.

Traffic control personnel and signs will be used to guide motorists through the work zone.
