VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Richard Cianflone, a 29-year-old Valhalla man reported missing in Essex, Conn., died in an accidental drowning, according to a report in The Hartford Courant.
He was reported missing Sunday and his body was pulled Monday from the Connecticut River in Essex, reports said.
