If the heat wave wasn't bad enough, Connecticut Light & Power is reporting outages throughout Fairfield County. The number of outages varied by town.
The hardest hit town was Stamford, Shortly after 5 p.m. more than one-quarter of customers in the city were without power. Darien and Greenwich were also high on the list. To find out about the outages in your town, CL&P has the information on its website.
