Regis and Joy Philbin recently sold one of their two Greenwich, Conn. homes for $3 million. The 6,000-square-foot home, which has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a tennis court and a swimming pool, was first listed for sale in 2008 for $5.9 million. The Philbins took it off the market and then listed it for sale again in 2011 for $3.8 million.
The home was listed by Michele Klosson of Sotheby's International Realty.
